From 1st November 2024 to 31st January 2025 , the fee is €209 per entry as the early bird fee applies. From 1st February 2025 to 30th April 2025, €299 per entry.

The invoice will be issued by Sonvino Ltd, 37 Oakland St, Belinog, Treharris, CF46 6TE - UK.

Registration Forms

Entry forms due by 30th April 2025.

Producers shall request a registration form on which details of each registered wine must submitted to the organisers by returning fully completed forms on time. Using that information a unique code will be generated by the organisers for each registered wine and it will be communicated to the producer before the deadline for submission of registered wines. This unique code must be clearly and correctly marked on each bottle and case received by the organisers from the producers.

Samples

Please send a case of 4 bottles for each entry participating in the competition by May 5th, 2025.
